Plan Amendments

Pursuant to the Group Benefits Plan, RR Donnelley can replace the group insurance contract through which benefit claims are paid under the Plan. RR Donnelley also can amend the Plan and any of its Programs. Plan amendments include amendments to terminate coverage for some or all employees or retirees. If the Plan or its Programs are terminated, the rights of a participant covered under the Plan or its Programs are limited to the payment of eligible losses that occur prior to the termination.
