Right of Recovery
If, for any reason, the Group Benefits Plan pays a benefit for any individual who is not eligible for coverage under the Program, or a benefit that is larger than the amount allowed, the Group Benefits Plan has the right to recover the excess amount from the person or agency that received it. The recipient must produce any instruments or papers necessary to ensure this right of recovery.
