Enrolling for Coverage

Enrolling Yourself and Your Eligible Dependents

You must enroll in the Program to receive coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents.

If you enroll an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Program does not pay benefits for that individual. In addition, any benefits that the Program may have paid are subject to recovery by the Group Benefits Plan.
