Who Is Eligible
Benefits-Eligible Position
You are in a benefits-eligible position:
 | If you are an employee of a Participating Employer in a benefits-eligible classification who is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement; or |
| If you are a union employee of a Participating Employer who is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and such agreement provides for your Program participation. |
For purposes of satisfying the requirement that you have 10 or more years of service in a benefits-eligible position and the 10 or more years of continuous service described in the “Program Premium Cost” section of this SPD, you will be deemed to be in a benefits-eligible position if you transfer employment from a benefits-eligible position to a position with RR Donnelley or any of its subsidiaries (including Moore Wallace and its subsidiaries) that is not otherwise a benefits-eligible position, but only for so long as you remain in a full-time position.
