Program Premium Cost
If You Are Not Eligible for an Annual Subsidy Cap Amount
If you and your spouse/domestic partner are not eligible for the annual subsidy cap amount described in the section “Special Rules for Certain Participants,” you and your spouse/domestic partner must pay a premium equal to the total cost of coverage for the Medical Program in which you and your spouse/domestic partner are enrolled.
