How the Retiree Group Health Program Works
Retiree Group Health Program Design – Medical Programs
Specialty Care
A key feature of the Medical Program is that you or your spouse/domestic partner does not have to get a referral from a PCP if you or your spouse/domestic partner needs to see a CIGNA specialist. If you or your spouse/domestic partner visits a CIGNA specialist without a PCP referral, the Program still pays benefits at the in-network level (provided an in-network CIGNA specialist provides the care).
