CIGNA HealthCare Health Information Line
Whether you or your spouse/domestic partner is traveling or you or your spouse/domestic partner needs medical advice at a time when it is difficult to reach a provider, CIGNA HealthCare makes it easy for you or your spouse/domestic partner to get the help you need. The Health Information Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Via this line, a registered nurse can answer questions from you or your spouse/domestic partner, direct you or your spouse/domestic partner to a nearby health care facility, make suggestions for home care, or help you or your spouse/domestic partner obtain emergency assistance.
